JBL Concept Store Relaunch with Kim Domingo and Camille Co

Wazzup Pilipinas!

We were among the selected bloggers to witness the formal re-opening of JBL's SM Megamall store, dubbed as the JBL Acoustical Space on June 4, 2016, at the 4th floor of the Cyberzone.

You can confirm the popularity of the JBL brand when you see customers all lining up even before the mall opened early in the morning. There were people already inside the store buying their chosen audio product even before we arrived and this is most probably because the items were available at great discounted prices up to 30% for only that day.

i would personally want one of those home theater speakers and soundbars for my home and office so I could listen to my favorite music or watch movies accompanied by superb audio. It's like experiencing a movie atmosphere where you get immersed within the audio itself.

For travelling, their headphones and portable speakers are among the best there is to put you in the most soothing and relaxed mood especially when you're hours on the road. They make music tripping with sounds coming from our mobile phones a very engaging activity that would make you want to sing along.

Indio Performs Wazzup Pilipinas Cover

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Thank you to Indio for coming up with an awesome cover of the Wazzup Pilipinas jingle or theme song.

We are excited to see this group soon at their EP (Extended Play) launch, and personally meet the members composed of 4 boys and their female vocalist, Jen Darlene Torres.

INDIO x CIELO EP launch under Tambayan Productions will be held on June 11, 2016 at 888 Vibers  Bar and Resto together with other indie local bands and some artists. Time to be there is at 7 pm so don't be late. Two of the new aspiring local bands in the Philippines, Indio and Cielo, have conspired together with Tambayan Productions to launch their songs.

"It hasn't been long since we started to dream for this to happen. Music has been our passion and ultimately, it has become an anti-depression, a way for broken people to express, a way to heal, and gigs have become a venue to escape from reality. We dream to inspire people, to touch them with our songs, and rock the world with hope. So we hereby, invite you to come along with us to fulfill these dreams." - Indio

Indio is an alternative-rock band formed in November 2015 whose songs tell about the consequences of dreaming. One is, Habagat Amihan, a folk rock song about fate, desires ultimately turning to a hurricane that leads to shattering. Two: Sino Ka, about not knowing yourself anymore. And three, Alexis, the believing and doubting of the self's ability to succeed. They believe that songs are stories, real ones, and should convey something that can cause a revolution. The young band currently consists of lead vocalist Jen Darlene Torres, bassist Alfredo Tan, drummer Niño Miguel Abesamis, and guitarists Ryan Alexis Abesamis and Al Bryan Zabala. They dream to rock the world with hope.
