This October, that conversation lands in Asia, and it is looking for the next generation of leaders to help steer the ship.

The Global Tipping Points (GTP) Conference 2026 is coming to Sunway University, Malaysia, from October 12 to 15, 2026. For the first time, this prestigious initiative brings together the sharpest minds in science, finance, policy, culture, and faith to explore "positive tipping points"—the fast, hopeful shifts that can accelerate systemic change for our planet and its people. 

A Seat at the Global Table

The GTP 2026 organizing team is not just hosting a conference; they are actively building a legacy by sponsoring Youth Ambassadors to join the movement. This is a rare, high-impact opportunity for individuals aged 30 and under who are based in Malaysia or the broader Southeast Asian region. 

The program is designed to move beyond passive attendance. It offers participants a comprehensive pathway to influence:

Global Governance Training: Ambassadors will participate in the acclaimed Global Health Governance as Public Service (GHGAPS) training programme throughout September. This immersive course teaches the intricacies of diplomacy, policy-making, and leadership in planetary health, preparing youth to hold their own alongside seasoned international experts. 

Direct Engagement: As an Ambassador, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will build essential rapporteur and leadership skills, ensuring youth perspectives are woven into the very fabric of the conference’s outcomes. 

Networking & Exposure: Rub shoulders with global leaders and peers, gain international exposure, and play a role in translating cutting-edge science into actionable pathways for a healthier planet.

Unlike conventional conferences, GTP 2026 is constructed as a single, cumulative argument. Deadline: Ensure your application is in by August 26, 2026.
